Children busy doing tests this week so they've little time for more creative pursuits so a couple of pages from my pocket moleskine;



A cyclist (tour de France soon) and Harry 'BOTter! (Winces and waits for the lawsuit!!) Both scans look a bit washed out - wonder if my scanner is poorly now.

Today we continued our foray into pop art by reproducing pics in the style of Andy Warhol. We used the good old tracing paper method of transfer.

banner

A few weeks ago we were asked to paint some flags/banners. They had to be non-specific to a particular country or organisation, so after much head-scratching, this is what we came up with;



The motif runs centrally down the vertical length of this banner and represents a variety of nationalities reaching out in friendship. Another had a circular version of the same idea;
