Have recently been tinkering around with birds (!), particularly owls, based on squares. I quite like the simplicity and the end result. I think that these might look good as small pen & ink studies or thumbnail size collages. Might give it a go, tho' it's report writing season in teacher-land at the moment.

Have just put a couple more teddy bear pics into my etsy shop. They seem to be getting views, but not sure if folk don't see them as viable artworks 'cos they aren't painted. There still seems to be a hierarchy as regards art, with oil paint being top dog. Then again the shop has only been open a couple of days so maybe I'm expecting too much to have sales already.
