'Aboriginal' designs

This afternoon we used cotton buds to paint 'Aboriginal' patterns and designs onto stones. The central white 'stripe' is supposed to link them together into a collaborative, 'walkabout' piece.

We got carried away and decorated our sketchbooks.

And a large sheet of 'rock-like' paper.

I only give credit where credit's due Lisa - your images have a simplicity of line that belies the talent and experience behind them.
I'll try and take a pic of the 3-D rainforest that Y3 made - now that is awesome!
